I use a combination of manual therapy skills including mobilisations, manipulation and massage for a wide variety of joint problems and muscle tension, as well as exercise based therapy. For patients who have had surgery for any joint problems including ACL reconstruction, Total Knee/Hip/Shoulder joint replacements or any other type of orthopaedic surgery, I offer post operative rehabilitation packages for patients to achieve a full recovery in the optimum time.
